Coaching Tip Of The Day – Don’t Compromise

Do You Compromise

Push back does not mean it is time to compromise. If you get push back from your client the first thing to check is, have you done your job, next did you deliver the quality of service you agreed to, and lastly, is what you delivered a good representation of you and your company. if it is, it is likely you have a mismatch with your client and it is not a match.

Always Deliver Your Best

One complaint does more damage than 100 compliments help. You can lose a lot of ground when you compromise. It is better to pass on a job then risk the possibility of a mismatch. Also it is better to do something for free than it is to do it cheap! Check out this video and let me know if I can help you raise your bar.
