What’s Your Plan?

The first question I ask potential coaching clients is … So, what’s your plan ?

If you don’t have one then we know where to start. There is an old saying that if you don’t know where you’re going, any road will take you there.

When you are committed to a desired outcome it is critical to have a plan of how to get there.

Well Thought Out

Most hi impact people have a well calculated plan to get them from where they are to where they want to go.

It is well thought out, calibrated and calculated wit a clear desired outcome.

When you have a plan you are acting in a proactive manner which helps you control and evaluate situations more accurately.

Proactive people Score The Points

When you score the points you control the game. The best way to score the points is to stick to a strategy to get you to your desired outcome.

reactive people are always reacting to the actions of the proactive people and are easily distracted and diverted from getting what they want.

Proactive people create an environment of success and accomplishment that gives them an intrinsic advantage.

It takes time and energy to be proactive. But, it takes more energy to be reactive! It is exhausting!
