If You Don’t Know What The Problem Is, You Cannot Find A Solution
The biggest error that consultants and coaches do is oversell themselves. Your client would not be calling you if they were not already interested in what you do, so turn the conversation to them. People want you for one thing… how they can get help. So always come from the place of how your client will benefit from working with you.
