It was a great pleasure to meet a new group of people from Calgary Canada. On my trip to Calgary I hosted an event for the Calgary Food Bank. Everywhere I travel, I like to give back to the community. So I donated this evening to the food bank. Here is a brief video of the opening guided meditation.
