How Do You Start Your Day?
If you want to get your day off on the right foot here is an exercise I use every day to keep focused and clear.
- When you get your day started do you ever consider how you want to feel?
- Do you make a declaration of what the day will be for you?
- Do you state what you are grateful for?
- Do you consider who you will be of service to?
- Have you ever considered how you will add value to the lives of those around you?
- Do you ever consider the things you can to today to reach your top goals?
Another helpful practice is to create an affirmation for each day. Write it down and put it where you can see it. Recite it throughout the day! Have a great day and enjoy the video
